Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Women’s Rugby Roadmap Ltd (“Promoter”)
Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals of all ages worldwide. If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter.
Promotional Period
The competition opens at 12:00 (midday) on Sunday 14 June 2026 and closes upon the end of the first half of the Premiership Women's Rugby (PWR) semi-final match between Gloucester-Hartpury and Trailfinders Women ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
Successfully subscribe to the Women's Rugby Roadmap email list via the email sign up form.
Maximum Entries
Limit of one (1) entry per person via subscription to the Women's Rugby Roadmap email list.
Entrants may obtain one (1) additional entry by following the Women's Rugby Roadmap account on either Instagram or Facebook during the Promotional Period.
Maximum of two (2) entries per person permitted.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, entrants confirm they release Instagram and Facebook of all responsibility and agree to the applicable platform terms of use.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place following the half time whistle of the of the PWR semi-final between Gloucester-Hartpury and Trailfinders Women.
Winner Notification and Announcement
The winner will be contacted via phone on 14 June 2026 during half time of the PWR semi-final between Gloucester-Hartpury and Trailfinders Women using the contact details provided at entry.
The winner must respond and claim the prize before the full time whistle. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, who will be contacted under the same conditions.
Prize Details
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of:
One (1) YETI coffee cup.
Total number of prizes: One (1).
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, entrants consent to their personal data being used for the administration of the competition and for contacting the winner. Entrants also agree to receive marketing communications from Women’s Rugby Roadmap, from which they may unsubscribe at any time.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This competition and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
