Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Women’s Rugby Roadmap Ltd (“Promoter”)
Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals of all ages worldwide. If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter.
Promotional Period
The competition opens at 07:45 on 1 May and closes at 17:00 on 13 May (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
Successfully subscribe to the Women’s Rugby Roadmap email list within the first two (2) weeks following the website launch date.
Maximum Entries
Limit of one (1) entry per person via subscription to the Women’s Rugby Roadmap email list.
Entrants may obtain one (1) additional entry by liking the designated Instagram promotional post.
Maximum of two (2) entries per person permitted.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm they release Instagram of all responsibility and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place on 13 May.
Winner Notification and Announcement
The winner will be notified via email on 15 May using the contact details provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The winner’s name will be published on the Women’s Rugby Roadmap website on 22 May.

There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of a bundle including:
One (1) 1:1 performance analysis session with a PWR rugby coach (delivered in English)
One (1) personalised gym programme designed by a PWR strength and conditioning coach (delivered in English)
One (1) virtual fitting and sports bra of choice (delivered in English)

One (1) LooseHeadz t-shirt
One (1) PWR nutritionist-recommended energy gels bundle
Total number of prizes: One (1) prize bundle.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if any element of the prize becomes unavailable.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, entrants consent to their personal data being used for the administration of the competition and for contacting the winner. Entrants also agree to receive marketing communications from Women’s Rugby Roadmap, from which they may unsubscribe at any time.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This competition and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
