From skill-building and strength work to expert advice and community connections, we bring together the resources, people and support to help you grow - on and off the pitch.

Why we exist

We exist because rugby is about more than just what happens on the pitch. Performance is shaped by so many factors - strength and conditioning, nutrition, injury management, mindset, the menstrual cycle and more. But too often, resources are confusing, expensive, designed for men, or simply non-existent.

That’s why we created the Women’s Rugby Roadmap. To be a hub for expert advice, top-level coaching, and insight from the best people in women’s rugby. A space where players at every level can find accessible, female-specific support for their rugby journey, both on and off the pitch.
