Sports Psychologist

  • I am from Liverpool, England, completed my undergrad degree in psychology in London followed by Masters in Sport & Exercise Psychology. My qualification to become a chartered psychologist was completed in Kent.

    I have worked across many sports, ages, levels from football to golf, athletics to marathoners. I cover topics such as nerves, injury, confidence & more! I do a lot of work with women in sport and in the general public for exercise and mindset, covering body image, confidence and gym anxiety.

    I am a HYROX athlete, competed in 13 races, being on the podium for half of those. I have always been athletic since I could walk. I used to sprint for Liverpool & then fell in love with the gym.
