Bear Crawls: The Exercise Every Forward Should Do

When it comes to scrums all forwards need to be bear crawling.

Here’s the three things you want to be focussing on:

  1. Head in neutral - You don’t want to be looking up or down, try to look through your eyebrows straight ahead

  2. Scaps on - squeeze your scaps with your chest to the floor so your weight goes forward and down like you would in a scrum

  3. Control your hips - make sure your hips aren’t rolling side to side, but are staying nice and still
