Biscoff ‘Cheesecake’ Yogurt Pots

The perfect high protein sweet treat. These biscoff ‘cheesecake’ yogurt pots are easy to prep, and provide over 15g of protein for under 250cal. Do they perfectly replicate a real biscoff cheesecake? No, but they do come pretty close, and are a great way to get in some extra protein as a delicious and slightly healthier alternative dessert.

They need to be made 3+ hours before eating, but only take a couple of minutes to prep.

Ingredients

(serves 2)

  • 320g Total Fage 5% yogurt

  • 6 Biscoff biscuits

  • 2 spoonfuls Biscoff spread

How to make them

  1. Spoon the yogurt into the jars

  2. Break the biscuits in half and press into the yogurt

  3. Put into the fridge for 3-4hours

  4. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread and enjoy!
