Ingredients
Greek Yogurt
Frozen Blueberries (fresh blueberries are also fine)
Maple Syrup or Honey to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Chia Seeds (1tbsp)
Strawberries (handful)
Prep
Simmer blueberries, chia seeds and a splash of water and maple syrup or honey in a pan for about 10 mins to make your blueberry compote.
Add your yogurt to a bowl and top with the compote and fresh strawberries
