Greek Yogurt with Blueberry Compote, Chia Seeds & Strawberries

Greek yogurt is high protein, chia provides fibre and blueberries are a powerful anti-oxidant.

Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Frozen Blueberries (fresh blueberries are also fine)

  • Maple Syrup or Honey to taste

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Chia Seeds (1tbsp)

  • Strawberries (handful)

Prep

  1. Simmer blueberries, chia seeds and a splash of water and maple syrup or honey in a pan for about 10 mins to make your blueberry compote.

  2. Add your yogurt to a bowl and top with the compote and fresh strawberries
