• Wash cool (around 30°C) with a mild detergent.

• Avoid fabric softener - it weakens elastic and reduces support.

• Check the label for underwired styles - many prefer gentle handwashing.

• Air dry only - no tumble dryer.

• Keep 2–3 bras in rotation to avoid over use.
