Sports Bra 5 Point Fit Check

Sports bra fitting experts boobydoo share their 5 point fit check to help us make sure our sports bras are giving us the perfect fit.

  1. Swoop and Scoop: lean forward and using one hand at a time guide all your breast tissue into the cups.

  2. Band Check: the band should sit straight and firm across your back with one or two inches of give - no riding up or restricted breathing.

  3. Cup Check: we don’t want any spillage or gaping - your boobs should feel in a secure embrace but shouldn’t feel squashed.

  4. The Straps: straps shouldn’t dig in or slip off - one to two inches of give is enough.

  5. The Movement Test: jump, twist and make sure that you feel supported but not restricted - it’s not the right fit if you’re always adjusting it.
