Berry & banana smoothie

A quick smoothie to throw together when you want something light and easy. Coconut water helps top up electrolytes, while kefir is great for gut health.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1 cup Frozen Berries

  • 1/2 cup Kefir

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

How to make it

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. If you’re looking to increase your protein intake, this is an easy place to add in a scoop of protein.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass to serve or add a drinking lid to your blender bottle for a handy smoothie to-go.
