Ingredients
1/2 Banana
1 cup Frozen Berries
1/2 cup Kefir
1/2 cup Coconut Water
How to make it
Add all ingredients to a blender. If you’re looking to increase your protein intake, this is an easy place to add in a scoop of protein.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass to serve or add a drinking lid to your blender bottle for a handy smoothie to-go.
