Porridge with Banana & Honey

Just a good simple porridge, topped with honey and banana. A great option for pre-game breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats (jumbo oats work best)

  • 1 cup of milk

  • Banana Slices

  • Honey

We’ve used cow’s milk but you can easily substitute this for a milk of your choice. If milk feels a bit heavy for you pre-game you can also substitute half the milk for water, if you don’t mind your porridge being a bit less creamy.

How to make it

  1. Add the oats and milk to a pan and cook on a gentle heat for around 10 minutes. Try to avoid the milk boiling.

  2. Top with honey and banana or your choice of toppings.
