Support for your mental health & wellbeing on & off the pitch
Rugby can be amazing for our mental health, but it can also be really challenging. From match day nerves and body image worries, to injury set backs and self doubt, there are times where the mental side of the game can be tougher than the physical and can leave us feeling pretty overwhelmed. That’s why we’ve partnered with LooseHeadz - to help support your rugby journey both physically and mentally.

women’s rugby toolkit for mental wellbeing
England Rugby, in conjunction with RugbySafe, have created a helpful mental health toolkit for women and girls. The resource provides information on mental health, identifying when you might need support, and how to be a supportive teammate. It also includes info about mental skills you can use to enhance your performance on the pitch.
