Whether you’re a regular in the gym wanting to make your training more rugby-specific or are just starting out, our Fundamental Strength Programme is a great place to start. It’s designed by Loughborough Lightning S&C coach Emily Palmer with demos for every exercise, to prepare you for the physical demands of rugby. We’ve also created a series of conditioning sessions to help you build rugby fitness effectively.
If S&C is completely new to you, don’t stress! Starting with a couple of rugby sessions each week is a great first step. You can build from there if you want to!
